Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the fifth and sixth respondents to provide adequate police protection to the fourth respondent for measurement of land and fixation of boundaries in the petitioner's land in Dindigul District, Aathur Taluk, Munnelankottai Village in respect of Survey No.35/2K, 35/2E by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2021 and 14.08.2021 in accordance with law.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent police to accord police protection to enable the petitioner to carry out the exercise of survey and measurement. The petitioner is not having any enforceable or decree from the jurisdictional civil court. Therefore, the question of issuing police protection does not arise at all. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed.
