PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, to complete the trial in M.C.No.3 of 2019 pending on his file and further direct him to dispose of the same expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.It is seen from the records that the petitioners have filed M.C.No.3 of 2019 seeking maintenance at Rs.20,000/- for the first petitioner and Rs.15,000/- for the second petitioner and the same is pending for the past one year without any progress. Hence, the petitioners seek for speedy disposal of the trial in M.C.No.3 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, which is pending at the enquiry stage. 3.Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, is directed to dispose of the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
