ORDER

The Petitioner herein seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation, dated 01.03.2016, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.159 Physical Education Administrative Reformation dated 10.07.2009.

2. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, almost in every district, diploma Holders in Physical/Education/B.P.Ed are acting as District Inspector of Physical Education, thereby, lesser qualified persons are supervising higher qualified persons. The representation given by the petitioner, to the first respondent not having evoked any response, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.

In view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.159 Physical Education Administrative Reformation dated 10.07.2009 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
