ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned charge sheet in PRC.No.10 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District. 2.The petitioner is the wife and the defacto complainant is the husband. The allegation is that the petitioner has poured some inflammable material on the defacto complainant and has also set fire. Due to the same, the defacto complainant has suffered serious burn injuries.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the dispute is between the husband and wife, the matter has been amicably resolved.

4.However, no material has been placed before this Court with regard to the compromise. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to 2/4

entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition along with joint compromise memo.
