Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.K.SAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.11241 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, for a period of one month.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Government employee and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
