This Petition is filed seeking police protection for the celebration of Aadi Kalari Pooja Thiruvizha, as well as Annadhanam at Sri Avudayamman Kovil, situated at D.No.258/3, East Street, Palani Pandaravalasal Sandhu, Thiruchuzhi, Virudhunagar District, scheduled to be held on 19.07.2019 and 20.07.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that with due police protection, the said festival has already been conducted peacefully and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
