Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to transfer the petitioner to the second respondent's office from the third respondent Unit No.III Branch by considering the representations given by the petitioner dated 10.12.2013, 03.09.2014, 09.05.2015 and 22.12.2015 respectively. For petitioner : Mr.K.Vidya ********
ORDER
Mr.B.Rajendrakumar, a Clerk in the second respondent Transport Corporation, was transferred by an order, dated 07.07.2011, from the Central Accounts Department, Regional Office, Dindigul, to Dindigul-III Branch. He challenged the said order by filing a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.7758 of 2011, which was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed by this Court. Against that order, he filed an Appeal in W.A.No.688 of 2011, which also met the same fate. Now, once again, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, challenging the transfer order.
2.
Be that as it may, when this Court posed a question to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, whether the transferred place is far off than the place in which the petitioner was working, the answer was negative. Therefore, there is no justifiable cause for the petitioner to challenge the transfer order issued by the respondent. Further more, having lost both before the Writ Court as well as before the Division Bench against transfer, without any rhyme or reason, once again, the petitioner has approached this Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
3.
In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
