This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is the brother of the third respondent and he has permitted the third respondent to reside in his house. The petitioner has requested the third respondent to vacate his premises, but the third respondent is not vacating his premises. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police.
