Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from making direct payment of the petitioner's School, without considering the objection of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2024 and without following the due process of law.
3. It seems that the petitioner Management and the third respondent has got some quarrel between themselves and in view of that the petitioner apprehends that the first and second respondents might pass some orders for bringing the School under direct payment.
4. Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's School Committee is functioning in a proper manner and there is no necessity for direct payment. It seems that 2/4
some criminal complaint has been given by the petitioner against the third respondent and his henchmen and the same is pending. The petitioner has also given objection petition dated 06.06.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2 not to bring the School under direct payment.
5. Before passing any order for direct payment, it would be appropriate for the respondents 1 and 2 to make an enquiry on this by calling upon both the parties and ascertain the ground realities and thereafter pass orders.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the objection petition of the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 and conduct an enquiry and thereafter pass appropriate orders.
