Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to send the petitioner's Police Verification Report to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to enable him to enroll as Advocate within a stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to send the Police Verification Report to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to enable the petitioner to enroll as an Advocate.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent has already sent a report to the superior officer stating that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner herein.

3. Hence, there shall be a dirction to the second respondent to send the police verification report to the Bar Council of Tamil

Nadu and Puducherry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
