O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the private respondents are the erstwhile tenant of the petitioner and after vacating the house, the private respondents demanded Rs.3,00,000/- from the petitioner with help of the second respondent herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is the issue between the land lord and tenant, over which, the complaint and the counter complaint have been registered and both are enquired in CSR Nos.443 and 504 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and had given an undertaking that they will resolve the issue through appropriate civil proceedings. On the basis of the above said undertaken, the above said complaints were closed. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.
