ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass this petitioner and his family member forthwith petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
