This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent to disburse crop loan to the petitioner, based on the representation dated 28.11.2016, submitted before the third respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent. By consent, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted a representation dated 28.11.2016 to the third respondent to disburse crop loan in respect of his land. Since no action has been taken by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present writ petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
