O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.104 of 2017 pending before the second respondent police, Batlagundu.
2. According to the petitioner, she has given a complaint for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 324, and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code. On 05.04.2017, based on the above said complaint, a case has been registered by the second respondent police in Crime No.104 of 2017. Even though, the case was registered in the month of April, 2017, investigation yet been completed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the
respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the second respondent police will file a final report, within a period of one month, before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation is over, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
