[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY.,J.] The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition as a ''Public Interest Litigation'' forbearing the official respondents from surveying the land, which includes the Petitioner's land also.

him as a ''Public Interest Litigation'', cannot be entertained. 3.Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the Petitioner is also having a property in the said street. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
