PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.04.2023 to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2023.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.04.2023 to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2023. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of the occurrence stated to have been taken place on 17.04.2023, which was also continued on 18.04.2023, he has given complaint on 18.04.2023. That was not properly considered. Whereas, the complaint given by the counter party namely Uma Maheshwari, was registered in Crime No.241 of 2023 against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 427, 294(b), 323, 324, 354, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002. Now the investigation is pending in the above said matter. So far the complaint given by the petitioner is kept pending.

3.Let the complaint given by the petitioner be enquired by the second respondent herein and complete the same within a period of 2/4

fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken by the parties, if so aggrieved.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
