[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure his sister, namely, Boomathy, aged about 32 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the petitioner's sister was traced at Hyderabad and on enquiry, she stated that she had voluntarily gone along with one Jaishankar, who is a colleague and had refused to go with the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the alleged missing girl is not in illegal detention of anybody, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
