Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 366A I.P.C. in Crime No.445 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was giving love torture to the daughter of the defacto complainant for the past 7 years. Thereafter, she was kidnapped by the petitioner. Hence, the case has been registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has forcibly taken away the defacto complainant's daughter and got married her. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Taking note of the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
