This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy to dispose HMOP.No.322 of 2019 expeditiously.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the above HMOP.No.322 of 2019 1/3

before the Family Court, Trichy seeking dissolution of marriage. The case is not disposed of by the trial Court. Therefore prays for appropriate direction.

3.The petitioner has filed HMOP.No.322 of 2019 seeking dissolution of marriage. Though the case is listed periodically it is not disposed of. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the above HMOP as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
