This Criminal Original Petition has been filed alleging harassment at the hands of the second respondent on the strength of the third respondent's complaint. It is a matrimonial complaint.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the second respondent submitted that the complaint submitted by the third respondent has been enquired into and closed on 16.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the third respondent. The learned Government Advocate is also directed to share a copy of the closure report with the learned counsel for the third respondent.
