PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to pass an order directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide protection for his life and limb and consequently issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate proper legal action in accordance with law as against the Respondents 3 to 6 for the high handed atrocious act of threatening the petitioner for putting an end to his life including manhandling in the money transaction issue.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for Police protection. 2.The petitioner had given a complaint on 02.06.2018 and 14.06.2018 to the respondent Police. The respondent Police called both the parties and enquired the complaint. At the time of enquiry, the petitioner had given an undertaking that he will pay the amount due to the third respondent within a period of three months and the third respondent had also given an undertaking that he will not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

go near the petitioner and threaten / harass him for the money. Recording the same, respondent Police have closed the complaint. 3.If the petitioner does not comply with the undertaking given before the Police station, the third respondent has to only seek his remedy before appropriate Civil Court and he cannot go before the Police or threaten the petitioner.

4.The parties are at liberty to seek their remedy before the appropriate Civil Court and it is made clear that the respondent Police will not interfere in the issue, since the case is civil in nature.

5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
