ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.17958 of 2019, dated 27.01.2020, this Contempt Petition is filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent has produced the compliance report filed by the respondent and submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 13.03.2019 was considered and rejected. The relevant portion of the compliance report is extracted hereunder:- "6.I humbly submit that as per the Kodaikanal modified Master Plan and the report of the Director of Town and Country Planning, the Government rejected the appeal dated 13.03.2019 filed by the appellant Tmt.Saras, Kodaikanal vide Government letter No.6149/UD4(L.Re)/2019-1, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 23.03.2021. As per the orders of Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the appeal has been disposed and orders complied with."

3.The aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondent is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved.
