O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2022 within the time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, preliminary enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the petitioner voluntarily went to the training programme that was conducted by the counter complainant. Thereafter, the complaint itself was closed.

3. Since the complaint itself was closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous and the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.
