This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings, dated 21.06.2019, on the file of the third respondent herein and to quash the same and to direct the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service as the Graduate Teacher in Science with all the statutory, monetary and other benefits including back wages and continuity of 2/5

service within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the petitioner had rejoined the service and produced proceedings to that effect. A resolution, dated 20.06.2019, was passed by the School Committee.

3.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
