2. The petitioner wants police protection for carrying out the petition mentioned survey exercise. When the petitioner is not having any enforceable order of decree from the jurisdictional civil Court, the question of invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. does not arise.

3. Therefore leaving open the other rights and remedies of the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
