ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.162 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police, dated 16.12.2022 and Quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputur in PRC.No. 2 of 2023.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
