ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the second respondent Police is threatening him under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint given by one Selvaraj, the second respondent has conducted petition enquiry in CSR.No.345 of 2025 and the same was closed.
