6.S.P.Anaikutti Pandian : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 5 regarding the removal of encroachment made by the 6th Respondent in the Public Cement Road used for Adi Dravidar People at Kasitharmam, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District within a time frame as considered to be reasonable by this Hon'ble Court in the light of the Petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2015.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation with the following prayer:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 5 regarding the removal of encroachment made by the 6th Respondent in the Public Cement Road used for Adi Dravidar People at Kasitharmam, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District within a time frame as considered to be reasonable by this Hon'ble Court in the light of the Petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2015."

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 and 6. We have also perused the records carefully.

3. In the petition, petitioner has not mentioned the details of the land which according to him has been encroached upon by the 6th respondent. No survey number or other details are given to identify the portion in which the 6th respondent has encroached. In the absence of any details of encroachment, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. This writ petition deserves to be dismissed for giving vague details.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate writ petition with all the details. No costs.
