ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to transfer and relieve the petitioner from Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Chinnakannannoor, Manamadurai Block, Sivagangai District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on apprehension of the petitioner as he has to be transferred to some other place, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition cannot be maintainable and the same is liable to be rejected on the ground that the petitioner has approached this Court at a premature stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to approach the authority concerned to seek his remedy. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
