This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to promote the petitioner as Manager with effect from 13.09.2019 with all monetary benefits, as per his representation dated 24.09.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his junior , who was found in 13th place was promoted as Manager on 13.09.2019. No charges are pending against the petitioner and though his name was appeared in the first place, his name was not considered for promotion as Manager. Therefore, he has made a representation on 24.09.2020, wherein he has narrated his grievance. W.P.(MD)No.15484 of 2020 representation and to provide promotion. Hence, he approaches this Court to pass appropriate order.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2020 will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
