For Respondent : Mr.KR.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1017 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Cr No.1017 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner said to have abused the defacto complainant by using filthy language and also attacked him with hands and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.12370 of 2020 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the injured sustained only simple injury and he was discharged from the hospital. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is having four previous case. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having four previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
