Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus direct the 3rd respondent to correct the guide line value of the petitioners lands under the agriculture lands which are situated in Survey No.668/1 admeasuring 4 Acre 38 Cents, S.No.667/1 admeasuring 4 Acre 45 Cents, S.No.359/1 admeasuring 8 Cents, 667/22 admeasuring 22 Cents, S.No.358/2 admeasuring 27 Cents situated at Chatram Pudukulam Village, Tirunelveli based on the petitioners representation dated 31.10.2017.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Court vide order dated 26.03.2019, recorded the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's representation would be disposed of by following the procedure set out in Tamil Nadu Stamp(Constitution of Valuation Committee for Estimation, Publication and Revision of Market Value Guidelines of Properties) Rules 2010. Contending that this undertaking given before this Court was not complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions stated that the process has already been initiated and that necessary correction will be made within a period of eight weeks from today.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
