At the hearing yesterday, Mr.P.Karthick, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent had requested for time to obtain written instructions.

2. After obtaining such written instructions, he confirms that the requisite examination fee was received. Consequently, he submits that the hall ticket would be issued to the petitioner during the course of the day.
