ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by his brother, namely, K.N.Palanirajan.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
