This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in survey Nos.43/6A, 43/6B, 47/1A and 47/1B situated at Kandichangadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ representation dated 26.10.2017 to the respondents to conduct survey
in respect of the above mentioned property and the same is kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner there is no rival claim or suit is pending with regard to the property in question.
5.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to produce all the original documents related to title of the said property before the respondents and on such production, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
