Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent / The Branch Manager in his letter Pon/Passi2/171 dated 03.11.2017 in so far as the transfer from Ponmeni Branch to Melur Branch of TNSTC (Madurai) Limited, and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent / The Branch Manager to retain him at Ponmeni Branch, TNSTC (Madurai) Limited. For Petitioner : Mr.C.Masilamani For Respondents : Mr.A.Jeyaram, Standing Counsel.

Heard Mr.C.Masilamani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a representation against the impugned order to the first respondent regarding his physical ailments for which he is taking medical treatment, on or before 30.11.2017.

3.If such representation is made, the same shall be dispassionately considered by the first respondent and reasoned orders shall be passed on merits in accordance with law and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision taken communicated to the petitioner and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 15.12.2017.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
