ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now, case has been registered in Crime No.32 of 2022 on 12.07.2022 against the petitioner and three others.
