Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner had carried out certain contractual works for the respondent Municipality. But the bill amount has not been settled in full. Seeking payment of the balance amount, this writ petition has been filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the amount payable to the writ petitioner will be paid within 8 weeks. 4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
