learned counsel for the second respondent. By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent, by suppressing the decree passed in favour of the petitioner in O.S.No.17 of 2001 dated 11.10.2013, got the property tax assessment changed in her name with regard to the property of the petitioner. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above said prayer. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents 1 and 2, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders will be passed.

5.In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to produce all the required documentary evidence as well as copy of the decree passed in the said suit and on such production, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
