ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed as against the Crime No. 5 of 2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Jeeyapuram, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed referred the matter as 'Mistake of Fact' before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. He would further submit that RCS notice was served on the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the above said development, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The defacto complainant is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
