2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.06.2023 during marriage function some of the relatives of the bride performed bike stunt within the church campus and when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant the petitioner herein said to have abused and assaulted him and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.10464 of 2023 petitioner is having 3 previous cases.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
