Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ANGUSAMY.V, Advocate for the petitioner and the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5276 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.583 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5276 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.583 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
