ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give promotion to the petitioner to the post of Executive (office) with retrospective effect. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2017 has already been taken into consideration and the respondents are inclined to pass appropriate orders in respect of the claim made by the petitioner.
