CRL MP(MD) No.6498 of 2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3336 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.62 of 2021, dated 06.07.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3336 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.62 of 2021, dated 06.07.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
