ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take a disciplinary action against 6th respondent by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and 1/3

the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.T2(1)/Tha.pa.7/2021 dated 13.07.2021 stating that action has been taken against the 6th respondent as per the provisions of Rule 3(a) of Tamilnadu Police Subordinate Services (Disciplinary & Appeal) Rules 1955 after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to him and final orders have been passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Madurai vide proceedings dated 05.08.2021 and the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.

4. The said statement of the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 is recorded.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum if he is so advised. No costs.
