Nandhakumar, aged about 17 years and to give the custody of the minor girl to the petitioner and consequently produce the person or body of the detenue namely Geetha D/o. Nandhakumar, aged about 40 years before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty detained by the 4th respondent. For Petitioner :

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, alleging that his daughter Minor Mahalakshmi, aged about 17 years, and wife Geetha were kidnapped by the fourth respondent and though a case has been registered by the third respondent in Crime No.1337 of 2021, for girl missing and woman missing, based on the complaint of the petitioner, no action was taken to trace them.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, on the mentioning made by Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing counsel appearing for the State, both the wife and minor daughter of the petitioner have been produced before this Court. On enquiry, detenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.1226 of 2021 Geetha/wife of the petitioner stated that due to some matrimonial dispute they left the house and now, they want to go along with the petitioner. Accordingly, they are permitted to go along with the petitioner, who is also present before this Court. 3.In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
