ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 367 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police and to file final report. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 367 of 2020 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
