When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has given representation dated 29.01.2024. The petitioner's grievance is that without considering the said representation, the impugned order came to be passed.
2. The first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 29.01.2024. After the first respondent passes the order, the petitioner can renew his challenge. The first respondent shall pass order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
