ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against the petitioner in Crime No.222 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of IPC altered into Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 302 of IPC and remanded her into judicial custody on 30.05.2024. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due previous enmity, the petitioners along with other accused has assaulted the deceased with deadly weapons. Hence the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was enlarged on bail in other cases registered as against her and further, he submits that the investigation is also almost completed.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent opposed for grant of bail on the ground that this is the second bail application and considering the conduct of the petitioner in other cases registered as against the petitioner and also considering the stage of investigation, this Court had dismissed the earlier application by order dated 18.06.2024. Further, he submits that the 2/5
investigation is pending for the final opinion of the Doctor.
5. Considering the period of incarceration, the petitioner was enlarged on bail in other cases registered as against her and also considering the stage of investigation that the investigation is pending for final opinion of the Doctor, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail i) on the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhru, Virudhunagar District. ii) The petitioner and the sureties shall submit a copy of their Aadhaar Card or any other identity card issued by the Government in proof of their residence address; iii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders . She has to co-operate for the investigation. iv) The petitioner shall not misuse the liberty granted to her by indulging in any further offence and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. She shall be available for the trial as well.
