ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent/the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Srirangam, Trichy to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 63(b) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 in O.A.No.7 of 2013, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 1st respondent is also directed to furnish a copy of the order dated 26.08.2008, which is said to have been passed appointing a Fit Person. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
